As industry leaders we always try and set the standards and as such we’ve been working incredibly hard internally to improve the support levels our customers receive. We’re absolutely delighted to announce that so far this year (Jan 1st – June 30th) our average response time has been just 19m 55s to all support calls with an average fix time of 1hr 11m! As always, we’ll continue to improve and our aim is to achieve a first response of 15 minutes and a fix time of 1 hour.
